The Investment Specialist team is a bridge between sales, clients and our affiliated investment managers. The team is the central point of knowledge on affiliates and strategies.
Among its responsibilities, the team will support the sales force with client facing activities (meetings, events, conference calls?), help position Natixis IM's product versus peers, establish roadmaps and coordinate fund raising campaigns, train sales teams, produce technical marketing materials etc.
The ISG ? Investment Specialist Group is essential for the proper functioning of an international asset management company such as Natixis.
? Support the Investment Specialist team in its daily tasks and on-going projects with a strong focus on alternative investments and private markets
? Follow the group's alternative investment strategies
? Attend funds' presentations, macro updates, product committees and write summaries
? Ensure the timely set up of meetings, calls and conferences
? Oversee the update of regular reports, dashboards, team metrics
? Work hand in hand with the Marketing Team in creating sales and client materials
? Support business in its data repository management by ensuring a good products and strategy classification on Salesforce
? Work closely with other support teams on various transversal and strategic projects: data management, business development, sales budget etc.
? Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a high-pressure, multi-cultural environment
? Excellent analytical, English written and verbal communication skills ;
? Strong team player, proactive, with ability to build working relationships with other internal departments, sales teams and affiliates
? Strong interest in finance
Background & knowledge
? Master Degree in Economics or Finance
? Previous experience in the Finance industry is highly appreciated
? High level of MS office proficiency
? Prior knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, Tableau and Salesforce is appreciated
