Service Delivery Manager required by my Leading Financial Services client in Sheffield.
My client are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to be responsible for the day to day delivery of service desk and technical support services into the organisation. You'll provide the senior escalation point for customers and other members of the leadership team.
You'll have progressed from a technical or service desk background, hold excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage and lead technical and business service teams of a matrix nature.

The following skills / experience is required:
* Proven Service Centre, Service Management or Service Desk Leadership Skills
* Have developed from a technical support or delivery background
* Advocate of ITIL framework and problem, incident and change functions
* Past creation of Service Levels Agreements and service mapping
* Supplier Management and selection of 3rd party services
* Excellent communication skills
Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus + package
