Senior digital analyst (paid media/ customer acquisitions)

* Independently support stakeholder teams with reporting, analysis and insight at global/regional/local level; identifying trends, areas of improvement and opportunities; creating hypothesis and making recommendations with a view to improving Digital Acquisition KPIs
* Lead scoping & execution of digital analytics activity working with global/regional/local digital teams
* Create consistent & timely digital performance dashboards to support stakeholder teams across global/regional/local as required
* Leverage subject matter expertise in digital acquisition tools & techniques to drive paid media (search, display, programmatic, affiliates, social etc.) acquisition strategies & performance
* Lead sophisticated analytics projects/activities (attribution modelling, lookalike modelling, segment affinity scoring etc.) to drive digital acquisition performance
* Coordinate activity with other global/regional/local/offshore analytics teams to drive segment strategy & performance & actively support decision-making for stakeholders' and wider business teams
* Share best practice with the wider analytics community and business areas. Provide support, knowledge and expertise where required to drive forward digital analytics expertise and understanding of digital customer behavior as well as digital product performance
* Drive in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the business; actively create hypotheses and make recommendations to drive forward business performance and KPIs
* Contribute to the development of wider digital analytics expertise through the RBWM analytics community and the wider business through active support, coaching & best practice sharing in line with RBWM analytics principles.
