What's The Role?

Our client Deloitte, the global consultancy and advisory organisation and the world's largest professional services network (known as one of the 'Big 4'), is looking for people to join their team on a PPI project.

Working onsite for Deloitte, you will be responsible for accurately checking cases to ensure the correct outcome has been achieved. This is a highly visible role on a major project where your contribution will not go unnoticed.

* Location: Glasgow
* Rate: £225 per shift
* Work pattern: Monday to Friday, day shift hours
* Start date: April 2019
* Duration: Until the end of December 2019

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need

* 6 months recent experience in a Quality Checking position on a PPI project
* An investigation background strongly preferred
* Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate rationales clearly
* Excellent coaching and feedback skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Work to defined performance standards and contribute to team and customer outcomes
* Highly organised and able to prioritise a variety of tasks
* Excellent analytical and letter writing skills with strong attention to detail
* Previous experience using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
* Driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload
