Marketing and selling the International Trade and Transaction Banking (ITB) products and services related to Private Equity Funds Solutions (PEFS) transactions.

1)   Key Responsibilities:
Support Head of the UK Product Line in selling and marketing of Equity Bridge Financings and any other Fund financing products including Letters of Credit (all types) and Bonds/Guarantees.
Liaising as appropriate with the coverage team in the relevant CACIB and Credit Agricole Premium Client Solutions Private Equity Services in the development of ITB business and client strategy.
Supporting the origination of Equity Bridge financing facilities.
Promoting the continuing/increased utilisation of established facilities by regular contact/calling on clients.
Capacity to support the implementation and arrangement / structuring of ITB PEFS transactions.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments within the Fund Finance, the Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate industries and with CRÉDIT AGRICOLE CIB products for this market.
Producing call reports of client meetings, plus pitch documentation (as and when required) to update and disseminate information on clients.
Ensure compliance on budget, financial control, RPC, audit and regulatory requirements as appropriate for the job description.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts (income, assets, expenses).
2)   Risk:
Ensuring that all necessary waiver requests and amendments are prepared and submitted to the Risk Department.
Follow the credit sanctioning process by preparing credit applications and presenting such applications to the relevant ITB committee.
Assisting Coverage and Private Equity Fund Solutions teams in the preparation of Credit Applications (Funds/Corporates/Banks) and advising in relation to proposed levels of participation.
Assess transactions (structure, reputation, technical, operational).
Provide timely advice to the Credit Department of any changes in the quality of deals/transactions.
3)   Counterparties and clients:
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and target new clients in keeping with the business plan (in conjunction with Coverage) to help achieve a higher penetration of the UK market place.
Maintain and enhance relationships with other Financial Institutions involved with ITB products.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Educated to Degree level or equivalent Banking qualifications.
