Office Manager

This is a role that offers variety and requires someone with organisational skills, attention to detail and who possesses a passion for delivering a good service.

It requires an 'all-rounder' who is adaptable to change and is capable of plugging themselves into wherever the business requires. Normal duties will include:

* Processing payments
* Booking Engineers
* Quotations
* Diary management
* Logging & presenting employee stats
* Responding to customer claims
* Any other general administration tasks

This is a relatively small company who are looking to grow in various areas. The successful person must be comfortable with numbers and statistics/data and be available to support management as and when required.
