To work with and support the Retail and Business Development Director with the delivery of the Retail sales plan to support long term, sustainable growth in line with the Retail business objectives.

To build and maintain strong relationships with the existing retail customer base and new retail customers, generating sales and business opportunities.


* Effectively manage the agreed sales area to achieve sales targets and
* Fully understand the Aurora internal business administration systems with regards to the specific retail customer accounts.
* Fully understand the retail customer businesses internal and external requirements and needs and manage the integration between Aurora and the
* Reporting of customer activity and sales forecasts for the sales and operations planning process at the monthly team
* Ensure an effective diary and time management system is always being maintained.
* Ensure all relevant customer contacts and call reports etc. are logged in accordance with any CRM guidelines.
