Invoice Administrator - Temp to Perm

This is an integral role for an experienced Administrator to oversee and action the invoicing of customer charges to customers and track payment or outstanding debt against these payments through the finance system. You will ensure there are no issues with the end to end process and reporting will be required to highlight any gaps or risks to the management team.

* To gather and input the information necessary to set up customers in ready for billing
* To escalate any delays in customer set up or authorisation to the Manager
* To raise invoices in line with customer quotations
* To issue invoices to customers directly
* Liaise with the quote originator to close any gaps in information or customer contact details required to raise and issue the invoice
* To track payments received from customers against invoices raised
* Highlight any missing payments to the quote originator after the agreed payment terms to enable payment to be chased
* Set up and maintain a detailed tracking spreadsheet to contain at least the following:

* Business account number
* Business name
* Business contact name and details (i.e. email, telephone)
* Business address
* Product or service being charged for
* Amount invoiced
* Payment amount received
* Payment date
* Remittance reference if available

You will come from an administrative background with the ability to work quickly but accurately. Strong attention to detail is a must and you must be comfortable with numbers. There will be liaison customers and internal departments so good customer service skills would be desirable.
