Overview:

You be part of the Capability team which is made up of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Internal Mobility and Leadership Planning & Development. As a broader team, we are focused on improving the employee experience by making our services easier to access, and therefore enabling people to understand the range of products and initiatives available to them is key.

Within Talent Development, the Digital Learning Team have global responsibility for activities where learning meets technology. This includes the all employee offering on Connect2Learn (Deutsche Bank's learning management system), the production of e-learning, the management of apps and algorithm based learning tools and the ongoing evolution of the digitalization of learning. The team is based in Frankfurt, Birmingham and Jacksonville.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the Curation and Employee Learning Lead to define the Employee Experience strategy
* Implement a cross-Divisional working group to identify requirements to integrate the Divisional Offering through Connect2Learn
* Work in partnership with internal teams and external vendors to shape design requirements
* Confidently consult on technical initiatives reflecting the learner-centric view to influence product development
* Critically evaluate products before adoption and release
* Define project plan, managing to agreed budget and executing to agreed timescales
* Project manage various streams of activity, including communications and risk management
* Build and maintain a strong network across Divisions and Regional teams
* Develop knowledge of advances in learning/learning technology
* Ad hoc project delivery Capability as required
* Develop an understanding of the requirements across capability and look for opportunities to align the user experience beyond those directly in the Digital Learning team

Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, question and influence appropriately
* Consultancy and advisory skills
* Advanced analytical and problem solving experience
* Appreciation and understanding of trends in learning and learning technologies
* Excellent written communication and influencing skills
* Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills
* Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Anticipation of needs; demonstrable initiative
* Attention to detail and ability to multi task
* Project management skills
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* German Language would be a very useful skill in this role
* A background in Learning or Technology would be beneficial
* Experience within a project/change environment
