My client is a large Financial Group of which services include commercial banking, trust banking, securities, credit cards, consumer finance, asset management, leasing and many more fields of financial services.
Work as a Technical Business Analyst to drive Reporting Automation within the Finance Department. The Business Analyst will form the primary bridge between Business Users and the Finance IT team. This work is to support the Finance Department in delivering the new requirement of the Bank reporting in LDN.
-Gather requirements from business stakeholders
-Fully understand legacy reporting activities, manual and automated, and translate that into design for enterprise reporting solution
-Produce Clear and Complete documentation
-Effectively communicate requirements to Development team
-Available for some business travel
-Functional / Technical Competencies (Essential)
-In-depth knowledge of process change - particularly business process mapping/management (BPM) and business process re-engineering (BPR)
-MSAccess, Excel, VBA
-Understanding of database design
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to meet deadlines and quickly build relationship with stakeholders. He/she should be highly motivated who is willing to work as a strong team player and to take ownership and deliver independently.
