At Crédit Agricole CIB there are a number of Summer Intern roles:

Legal Department

This team provides dedicated legal support to the lawyers within both the Master Agreements Team and also the Fixed Income & Derivatives Team, sitting within the broader Capital Markets Legal (CML) team.

You will primarily focus on providing support to CML lawyers across Europe, assisting with the review, drafting and proof reading of documents and contracts.
You may well be involved in drafting agreements and documentation for the Fixed Income and Mergers and Acquisitions teams.

Other legal projects/responsibilities could possibly demand your attention, e.g.
working on special projects for other Front Office teams, ensuring that documentation is properly archived in compliance with internal and external standards or conducting and writing up legal research and analysis.

You may be involved in projects that are taking place within the department or to look at and help to develop tools that will assist our dedicated teams and ultimately our clients.
