The division develops capital market intelligence, products and services to better serve our clients and develop tailor-made solutions responding to their needs.

GMD also offers clients our expertise by providing them sector intelligence and advising on product ideas and structures suited to their needs.

The Syndicate team deal with a very specific area of credit trading where debts are grouped and packaged and resold to other financial institutions on the secondary debt markets.
This process is called syndication and spreads credit risk in a similar way that reinsurance does for the insurance market.
