At Crédit Agricole CIB there are a number of Summer Intern roles:

Business Continuity Planning

You will be working in support of the London Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Team.
BCP is an operational risk function tasked to ensure that the organization can withstand and efficiently recover from extreme incidents that could compromise its operational effectiveness.
Such threats range from fires, floods, loss of power etc.
to the more current range of threats including terrorism, civil disturbance, severe weather, supply chain disruption etc.
It is not a ‘first responder' role but is based around assessing risk, then designing, maintaining and testing measures to resume operations quickly after such incidents e.g.
our backup sites in and outside London from which the bank can continue to work, running management simulation exercises etc.

BCP is driven both internally by the bank to ensure continuity of service to customers, shareholders, staff, and also externally by the relevant regulators to ensure integrity of the banking system is not compromised due to events outside of its control.
There will be exposure, direct & indirect, to all activities within the bank i.e.
front office, back office, support functions, as BCP is a “transverse” department so a good appreciation of the workings of investment banking at a high level can be expected during this internship.
