Overview:

Deutsche Bank is embarking on a number of initiatives to improve access security, one being the introduction of a new secure privileged access solution. Your role sits in our CISO organisation, specifically on the Infrastructure Access Programme. The team is responsible for designing and implementing the Infrastructure Access Strategy across the bank over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering solutions to internal customers, including database consolidation, implementation, and application integration with focus on architectural services
* Producing technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable
* Defining and implementing a strategic road map to mitigate identified audit and corporate risks, implementing standards and best practices and adhering to corporate & policy requirements
* Reporting and articulating the strategy, milestones, roadmap, challenges, opportunities and progress of the delivery to programme management stakeholders
* Managing and updating information security policies and risk governance frameworks, engaging with key stakeholders to define and implement technical access policies and other risk acceptance processes
* Identifying and managing the information security risks, issues, limitations, dependencies and assumptions that affect the organisation, strategy and the delivery
* Designing and managing information security controls with ongoing monitoring and reporting methods to identify and manage threats, vulnerabilities and risks arising from business processes and use of technology
* Providing expertise in key areas in technology risk, including security, continuity, data privacy, resilience and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure
* Ensuring that solution architectures, configurations, access controls/auditing and monitoring meet the Bank's security requirements and comply with all applicable regulations

Skills & Qualifications:

* Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task
* Able to work in global virtual teams and in a matrix organisation
* Ability to lead a team of peers with limited guidance
* Excellent problem solving, organisational and time management skills
* Ability to assess issues and suggest corrective actions
* Proven experience of setting and working with aggressive project deadlines
* Ability to escalate effectively when needed and withstand pushback
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to keep up to pace with technical innovation and market-driven initiatives, maintaining a broad understanding of the organisation
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to connect disparate data sources into a straightforward, insightful story
