Overview:

You will be joining the Performance and Reward Enablement team, which is a key pillar of the Central Performance and Reward organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. You will be working in close partnership with the Divisional Human Resources (HR) team, Central Performance and Reward and HR Platforms, as well as liaising with the Country HR lead to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively contributing to the successful delivery of End-to-End global, group-wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes
* Supporting Performance and Reward (P&R) product specialists and Divisional Reward with the global delivery and rollout of products, processes and policies
* Working in partnership with Group Reward, in order to facilitate the Senior Executive Compensation Committee process and any other relevant Group Committee process
* Producing effective communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R products or process
* Supporting the delivery and implementation of P&R products and processes across the Bank
* Supporting and potentially owning relationships with relevant stakeholders, including both internal colleagues and external contacts
* Supporting the delivery of processes and analytics that are directly related to P&R regulatory
* Completing ad hoc reporting and analysis of P&R data, using Microsoft Office (MS) Excel and/or Access
* Completing data audits and cleanses, ensuring that any follow-up actions are completed on time
* Supporting the annual job matching and market benchmarking processes

Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience with HR systems and technology within a HR environment, experience in P&R is also advantageous
* Experience of using complex MS Excel formulas to handle large data sets
* Previous experience of working in a large multisite and global organisation
* Sound knowledge of process design and improvement
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner and with integrity
* Proactive and driven, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Demonstrable ability to coordinate, prioritise and deliver multiple tasks and projects within strict deadlines
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and a fast-paced environment
