Our client, a busy manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work as part of their Finance team.

Your role will be to plan, manage and prioritise the day to day Purchase Ledger activities.

Your duties will include:
All aspects of Bought ledger from new supplier to payments.
Supplier statement reconciliation and resolution of any queries.
Supplier and other payments by cheque and BACs.
Reporting of monthly creditor balances and investigation of any anomalies.
Month end management account analysis and preparation as required.
Production of financial information for month end reporting.
General Ledger control account reconciliation.
Opening and distributing the post.
Petty Cash reconciliations.

You will need:
Previous experience within a similar role.
Experience of utilising computerised accounts packages.
Computer skills including MS Excel.
SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience of multi currently processing and payments.
Ability to work to deadlines and plan own workload.

Based in New Milton with salary £DoE, pension scheme, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking.
