* Management of problems and Known Errors across the lifecycle using conceptual and practical experience
* Matrix management of resolver groups including vendors/suppliers during the problem lifecycle
* Facilitation of problem workshops performing root cause analysis
* Provide trend analysis to identify and eliminate recurring incidents and requests
* Utilises knowledge of best practice and understands how the problem management capability integrates with other capabilities.
* Communication of problem updates and resolution to the business and senior leadership
* Provides management information on the problem management capability
* Implement Post Incident Reviews and ownership of outcomes
* Recognises and owns Continual Service Improvement initiatives for Problem Management
