Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) is the London-headquartered division of WBTVG that is currently implementing a strategic plan to acquire operating companies in major territories around the world (outside the US), to produce local versions of IP/formats owned by WBTVG, developed or acquired by WBITVP. The company owns production companies in Netherlands & UK and recently acquired Eyeworks Group in 2014 adding operations in a further 14 territories.

WBITVP is responsible for managing the flow of television formats within the WBITVP group of companies and the distribution of both WBITVP Group-developed and third-party acquired television formats and local programming. The London office for WBITVP is responsible for each of the television format markets worldwide including Europe, Asia and Latin America

WBITVP distributes television formats including non-scripted formats of all genres (including reality, factual, factual-entertainment, studio-based entertainment and game-shows) and scripted formats of key genres including, comedy, sitcoms and drama. Key non-scripted brands include Supernanny, Date Night, Who Do You Think You Are?, 500 Questions, The Bachelor, together with scripted brands such as Gossip Girl, Nip/Tuck and Impractical Jokers

WBITVP Finance team

* Extensive diary management and close liaison with SVP, VP and direct reports
* Manage calendar for quarterly budget, forecast & long range plan meetings, in conjunction with Opco and executive teams. Facilitate meetings and ensure presentation material are available.Co-ordination of internal and external meetings; organizing and executing video and voice conferences, Webex's; liaising at various levels across the business.
* Administration of key finance meetings, booking meeting rooms, preparing and distributing agendas, minute taking, distribution and follow up on action items. Organize international finance events and manage associated budgets.
* Develops, and executes team communication plan, including but not limited to team bulletins, client communications and business updates. SharePoint / shared drive administration
* Handling all administrative requests from the department, including letters, reports, presentations and general correspondence.
* Organizing complex business travel for VP, SVP & Directors within the department, included but not limited to meetings, accommodation, flights, transfers, etc
* Completing and submitting accurate expense reports in Concur and PCard reconciliations for Directors & above
* Raising shopping carts and purchase orders, tracking deliveries and goods receipting POs, ad hoc invoice coding
* Compiling and maintaining a department status report of all ongoing work activity for regular circulation to the wider leadership team
* Preparing and distributing Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation decks and other reports on behalf of the VP and team
* Coordinating the Induction and on-boarding of new permanent and contract staff . Coordinate all Health and Safety activity on behalf of the team. Greeting guests and arranging security passes as required. Co-coordinating new user systems access
* Maintaining department stationery levels. Photocopying, emailing, sending or receiving documents as appropriate. Maintenance of filing & archive systems

WBITVP integration project team support

* Coordinate project and ITVP finance activities in support of the overall Eyeworks Integration Project.
* Support tracking and management of integration team travel
* Support planning for workshops and team events globally, including creation of material
* Support completion of travel and expenses for Project team where needed

Relevant Previous Work Experience

* Experience as a Team Assistant/PA to a senior executive
* Experience supporting an entire department
* Previous experience with finance ideal but not necessary

Skills Required

* PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Experience in SharePoint site administration and creation of document libraries
* Effective team working is essential in this role, demonstrating strong team orientation, ability to work closely and well with other team members
* Independent, pro-active self starter able to demonstrate initiative
* Resilient, tenacious, flexible, diplomatic, committed with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to get involved. Used to work under different pressure levels. Some times slow, sometimes extremely busy.
* International in outlook and culturally aware
* Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs of the department and remain calm under pressure
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times, even with the most routine tasks.


* Educated to degree level or equivalent is preferred
