Paralegal - contract

Key responsibilities

* Reviewing core and ancillary banking documents, e.g. loan agreements, security documents and the like
* Quickly and accurately identifying relevant information in these documents and summarising this in a specified format
* Following stringent processes, including reporting and escalation processes
* Liaising in a professional and efficient manner with your project leader, Linklaters lawyers and other third parties

Legal Technology Awareness Ability to use and, preferably, good working knowledge of platforms and supporting technology, such as document databases and due diligence platforms.

* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the legal market and what external factors influence it
* Anticipate and be reactive to changing client instructions and transactional requirements

Education / Qualification Law degree or equivalent and LPC/BPTC or Qualified Lawyer Languages Fluent in English.
