Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)

The purpose of this role is to assist and support the Programme Director in governance and delivery of the Skylight Programme. The Skylight PMO will be responsible for all programme level reporting coordination, programme administration, risk, issue and dependency tracking, collation of workstream plans and milestones, action logging and tracking and Steering Committee and Working Group organisation.



The role will be directly responsible for:

* Organising and preparing for the programme Steering Committees and Working Groups
* Minute taking, decision and action logging at programme Steering Committees and Working Groups
* Planning and tracking workstream milestones against programme level plans
* Managing and tracking programme risks, issues and dependencies (CRAIDD)
* Managing, tracking, escalating programme and workstream actions
* Diary and meeting management for Skylight Programme Meetings and Programme Director
* Acting as a central point of contact for the Skylight Programme
* Maintain the Skylight Programme SharePoint site and programme documentation
* Coordinating programme communications

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications



large complex global programme with many senior stakeholders, direct exposure to a $20m+ global delivery programme would be a pre-requisite. We're not looking for a Portfolio Management PMO but a delivery project / programme PMO

* Experience of Asset Management
* Experience of a large global programme
* Experience of project or programme administration, a PMO role or a project management role
* Experience of Steering Committee preparation, minute taking and action tracking
* Experience of diary and meeting management on behalf of a project, programme or programme director
* A track record in building strong and professional working relationships with key stakeholders
* Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within a team of IT and Business resources
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Adaptable and can thrive in a diverse and sometimes challenging work environment
* Resilient
