Responsibility towards own team of 1st line agents

· Motivate your staff and promote team spirit
· Coordinating and scheduling your team to ensure good coverage and quality of service
· Working with your team to reach agreed performance targets
· On-going coaching, personal development and monthly performance reviews of each agent
· Participate in the hiring and on-boarding process of new staff
· Provide regular team performance reports to the Head of Customer Service
· Collect any overtime, lateness or sickness for each agent

Shared responsibilities between the different Team Leaders

· Promote Ownership, Quality, Reliability and Innovation as core values in our daily operations
· Manage all the 2nd line ticket queues
· Help 1st line agents solve customer queries without ticket escalation
· Keep the department up to date and informed about important information
· Swiftly raise any campaign related issues to the campaign department, and take action to rectify "broken" campaigns such as setting up free spins programs
· Report bugs and other issues in Jira
· Hold Team Leader meetings to solve team wide issues together with support manager
· Training of existing agents together with Training and Knowledge Champion
· Training of new Team leaders
· Answer requests from management
· Communicate feedback to product managers, country managers and business department
· Arranging team events

REQUIREMENTS

· Extensive knowledge in Customer Service via email, phone and live chat
· SportsBetting and iGaming industry knowledge (1 year+)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate others
· Ability to work in a proactive manner, positive attitude with attention to detail
· A strong customer service ethic
· Able to work on a shift basis
