The investment banking division provides a vast array of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, governments and public-sector organizations around the world. The global teams act as geographic, product and industry specialists.

The Nordic coverage team is a top tier franchise with a strong expertise and track record in the region.

Role description:

Typical work includes a mix of execution and client coverage including: valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management.
-Required to co-ordinate and work with all other product, geography and industry teams, including: M&A, Leverage Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Equity Advisory.
-Opportunity to work on a range of transaction types including: sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, equity advisory and leveraged buyouts

Desired profile, qualifications and knowledge required:

A proven background in M&A / Corporate Finance with at experience obtained within investment banking, a boutique environment or Corporate Finance, Transaction Services group of an accountancy firm
Significant experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
Project management: ability to manage teams to deliver to client needs
Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
Outstanding analytical skills, including ability to perform data analysis
Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc )
Team work: experience of working in a project based environment with tight deadlines
Distinctive academic record: consistently rated in the top 10% of the peer group
Fluency in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and English.
