Learning Consultant- Contract

HSBC urgently requires an accomplished Learning consultant to join our Global Markets function as part of a wider business critical programme focussed upon conduct Risk and improvement on an initial 6 month contract from our London HQ at Canary Wharf.

As an accomplished Learning professional you will demonstrate a proven track record in conducting Learning Needs Analysis across a complex department in the Banking and Financial Services industry ideally within Conduct Risk, and Financial Crime and Risk.

A talented and highly skilled Learning professional you will demonstrate previous experience in undertaking a learning needs analysis covering Banking Conduct and in reviewing current conduct training offerings. You will have significant experience in Gap Analysis developing relevant learning to cover identified skill/knowledge gaps as well as to manage and oversee the development of new learning by an external vendor.

The Learning Consultant will also be required to take a lead role in a range of analytical and project activities including;

* Requirements gathering
* Undertaking learning needs analysis
* Reviewing learning material
* Running of stakeholder meetings and workshops
* Documentation of change
* Development of training
* Communication of change
* Identification and management of dependencies as well as the management and resolution of issues.

Due to the nature of this role previous demonstrable experience in the implementation of Conduct learning and Conduct Risk principles in the Banking and Financial Services sector is essential for this assignment and candidates without this experience will not be successful.
