The Juniper Technical Support SME Responsibilities will include:
Support and maintenance of large scale Network & Security Infrastructure
Provide hands-on Proactive/Reactive maintenance and troubleshooting of Network/Security Environments.
Develop site specific implementation and support plans based on global standards and business level requirements.
Organize and Prioritize support and implementation Book of Work.
Act as technical liaison to Global Engineering and Operations Teams.
Develop and Maintain all Network Documentation
Drive compliance with technical & risk standards
Review and approve all technical Infrastructure changes
Train and Mentor staff
Develop effective and efficient operational policies, process & Procedures.
