Job Title: Graduate Support - Enablement Specialist (par-time hours can be considered)

Overview:

The Graduate Support Enablement team supports the Divisional Training Managers with project administration of the Global Deutsche Bank Graduate Training programs. You will provide the administration for the training lifecycle and assist in the planning and co-ordination of centrally managed programs, co-creating documents and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Planning and scheduling project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of graduate training programs and communications (as agreed with Training Managers)
* Updating the Graduate App and website with key communications
* Administrating the Bank's learning management system to create, manage and report training programs
* Assisting in managing vendor relationships, ensuring accurate information is provided
* Assisting with the invoice process for training
* Creating data analysis reports as required by the Training Managers, using PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets
* Assisting in answering training queries via a central email box
* Supporting continuous improvement of the Enablement processes
* Assisting with the rotation and final placements, including matching the area and graduate profiles
* Assisting with any adhoc projects/tasks, beyond the Graduate Training programs, within the wider Workforce Capability function on a needs basis (for example, supporting Employer Brand initiatives)

* Excellent administration skills, including the ability to prioritise key tasks and deliverables together with Divisional and Regional leads
* Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
* A structured approach to problem solving
* A track record of executing tasks in a time-pressured environment
* Strong problem solving skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the organisation
* The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, with a professional and proactive approach
* A team player with strong customer service and performance skills
* Previous exposure to Graduate Program Management/ Exposure is advantageous
* Experience of working with global team members would be beneficial
