An excellent opportunity to join a heavily expanding organisation as an Internal Sales Exec for a leading HCM consultancy based in LONDON.

CLIENT - Outstanding reputation for delivery of high quality solutions.

ROLE - You will be a Business to Business Lead Generator in this already very successful business that specialises in HCM solutions sold and implemented to end users. This role will potentially lead to an external sales role within an allotted period based on delivery of targets.

CANDIDATE - You will have worked in a telesales environment currently or in the past with the ability to convert leads in to New Business. You will be a superstar at what you do, with the drive and motivation to excel! You should have an understanding of HCM or HR solutions, either selling the solution or being involved in implementations.

SALARY- £28,000 - £40,000 Basic, OTE £65k. The opportunity to move into an external business development manager position for the right candidate.
