This is an exciting opportunity to join a major European bank in London.
Key Responsibilities

You will be involved in financial modelling of transactions and conducting market research (business/ sector/ transactional) and preparation of presentations to financial sponsors.

You will regularly review confidentiality agreements alongside Legal and also draft Business Communication submissions.

You will need to review of information memoranda / business plans and undertake KYC activity which is the process of new client on-boarding

You will need to monitor portfolio company trading / developments as well as assisting senior staff on sections of credit applications.

Assistance to senior management in all other areas of the business as required.

Precise split of time will be determined on an ongoing basis dependent on business requirements at the time.

Primarily working alongside analyst in team

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

Ensure adherence with regard to internal Crédit Agricole CIB compliance guidelines and governing agency rules and regulations.

University postgraduate with a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent
