This is an exciting opportunity to join the Central Bank Sales Team to assist the sales desk on a day to day basis for a 6 month period.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the Global Markets Division (GMD) of the bank.
Developing a close working relationship with the Continuous Improvement Manager on projects across all asset classes, you will be researching and mapping existing processes, identifying areas where efficiencies can be made and working with stakeholders to amend and implement new processes.

Another part of this role will be the monitoring of implemented processes to measure the efficiency of the change.
You will be compiling and analysing qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators, suggesting process improvements as appropriate.

You will be helping to build work plans for each initiative, building and maintaining reporting and analysis tools, constantly developing and improving the resulting dashboard reports in order to deliver meaningful analysis and information to support decision-making.

University graduate with a minimum classification of 2:1 or equivalent.
