Our client is a financial services business that services clients for investments and pensions. They are a friendly and professional organisation and they place great importance on excelling within their customer service.

Job Description:

The role will be working within a small team and performing general office duties supporting the Director and another staff member, the duties will include:

* General administration tasks - dependent upon experience the duties can vary
* Answering the telephone and taking messages from clients
* Photocopying of paperwork and working within regulatory guidelines
* Sending letters, email and other correspondence out to clients
* Inputting information onto the database

It would be good to see candidates with:

* Ideally financial services administration
* Experience Sound experience in word and excel
* Experience of working within CRM systems are an advantage
* Strong customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Highly accurate and detail conscious
