Dynamics CRM Support - London - Fintech

My client, a leading and prestigious technology firm, is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line CRM Support Analyst to join their team in central London. The contract is initially 3 months, but expected to extend.

Role: CRM Support Analyst
Salary: £375-475/day
Location: Central London

Duration: 3 month rolling

This role will involve working across two products in active development, enabling us to iterate over designs for quick feedback from the client.

Troubleshooting user issues

Dealing with and resolving user issues is the primary focus for this role, ensuring issues and queries are resolved quickly and to the clients satisfaction

New Client / User on-boarding

To manage the process of on-boarding new clients and users from receipt of Sales Handover, being involved in kick-off meetings and managing the project plan for the Service Desk elements of the process

Troubleshooting user issues

To work with clients on their system issues and to assist them in solving them

Running mini-projects

To co-ordinate specific pieces of system changes and other support projects, such as training, to ensure effectively delivery

Liaising effectively with Clients

To be able to communicate effectively with Clients in dealing with their support requests and bringing them to a successful resolution

Essential Skills

* Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 (2nd Line experience and above)
* User support of any IT product
